Water and Fire

The beauty of streams lies in the flowing water, so we designed the artificial streams in The Garden to create the illusion of constant flow.

This Garden begins with water and ends with fire, complementing the use of earth and air in other parts of the residence, thereby incorporating all four essential elements (water, earth, air, and fire).

The presence of fire in the garden not only warms the atmosphere but also imbues it with life, making the garden hospitable in any season. Additionally, another fire pit in the northwest corner of the site warms the northern part of the residence during cold seasons. This pit, shaped organically as a large circle, is made of natural rocks found during excavation.
