Seduction

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY:

The first project by NewSketches, titled “Seduction Studio,” was conceived and executed in Tehran in 2001. Unique, site-specific furniture was crafted for the architectural design studio. Despite operating within a modest budget, the project prominently featured a preserved mulberry tree within the house, enhancing the interior aesthetics and providing natural shade to the roof. Numerous skylights were strategically placed to ensure an abundance of natural light. Furthermore, the exterior of the main house underwent a thoughtful redesign and renovation, as depicted in the accompanying image. Importantly, the vegetation remained undamaged throughout the construction process.
