The bathhouse is designed and built for outdoor parties in summer and has access to all exterior areas of the main house via sidewalks.

My architectural ideas and inspirations for the main house also fueled my design of the bathhouse. I used the same horizontal windows that I employed in the master bedroom to draw sufficient light into the bathhouse while maintaining privacy.

The building’s north side does feature one vertical, tall window, which faces away from the rest of the property and is inaccessible thanks to the dense forest. This way, the bathhouse has a completely private view of the forest.
